Hello Humans, I'm Yasmeen!

My purpose in life was revealed to me at a very young age. I realized that I not only wanted to be an artist, but I also wanted to help people. I knew I wanted to help people because it brought me joy. I had conversations with many people from different backgrounds and age groups. It helped me understand that the key to helping is listening first. That trait is something I follow heavily and carry with me everywhere in life.

As an artist, I started my journey as a professional wall scribbler in childhood. I then transferred my art to a canvas with the help of my aunt, the artist in my family. Fast forward to my teen years, I started curating playlists and burning CDs in high school. And now I am here, designing stages for concerts and chasing many of my passions. My other passion is Graphic Design because it holds a lot of power in the world and allows us as designers to communicate with the masses with just a combination of colors, graphics, and imagery.

I was born in Kuwait City, Kuwait, and am currently based in Brooklyn, NY. A big contributor to my work is my journey in life. Much of my work stretches across the realms of art direction, visual arts, physical creation, graphic design, photography, fashion design, and many more. I'm constantly working through various mediums to solve budding global issues. My versatility and multicultural upbringing have helped me build relationships and community to further the impact I wish to see in the world.
